LEAP, a non profit that educates women transitioning from prison, is looking for someone to help take our beautiful, hip, Dragonfly Thrift Boutique to the next level, while also learning the ins and outs of retail sales, merchandising and service.

Position Summary
The right candidate will preferably have retail experience, however we are willing to train the right candidate. Candidates must have a friendly and upbeat attitude, an entrepreneurial spirit, and passion for helping those in need in our local community. You will generate revenue, provide top-notch customer service, maintain store appearance and merchandising standards while creating positive visibility and face of LEAP in the local community, presenting the mission and scope of LEAP.

The Sales Associate is responsible for all sales activities and job duties, from greeting customers, answering questions, offering assistance, suggesting items, lending opinions and providing product information. Individual responsibilities include demonstrating outstanding customer service and selling skills, keeping the sales floor stocked with merchandise, and assisting in display of merchandise and organization of the selling floor and stock areas.
